• Role: Veterinary Receptionist

• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: 4 day work week (potentially part-time hours available as well)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Manage patient records and update client information
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room area
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Compassionate and comfortable working around animals
