- Schedule: 4 day work week (potentially part-time hours available as well)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at providing outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and update client information
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room area
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Compassionate and comfortable working around animals
