What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Maintain and update patient records and client information
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting room area
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client and patient
- Support daily hospital operations and workflow
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience required
- Veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency
